Très bon hôtel - à recommander !
Publié le 5 avr. 2016 sur HotelsTrès bon hôtel. rapport qualité-prix presque imbattable. L'endroit est très calme, malgré la proximité la voie rapide, on n'entend absolument rien, c'est très appréciable. les lits sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. A recommander !

Great hotel
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was very clean. Nice large breakfast area and good variety. We had a light bulb problem and maintenance was there in 5 minutes. This was our second stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Rude awakening
Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HotelsOverall is a nice hotel, clean, they are in the middle of construction. The construction wasn’t an issue until I was woke up at seven in the morning with very loud power tools happening in the room next-door. Let the front desk know about it and I overheard him telling the manager and she couldn’t seem to care less about our situation as I wasn’t the only guest that complained about the noise. Thought that was extremely rude of her, but did not pursue anything further because of her attitude. Breakfast is mediocre, though staff taking care of breakfast area were very friendly and kind.

Dear Rebekah,Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the looks of the hotel as well of our breakfast staff. We are sorry that the construction staff below you were making a lot of noise. The general manager does care that her guests have a pleasant stay, however, the reason that she looked like she didn't care was because there was no where to move you to make it quite. due to the middle floor being the one under renovations, the noise would have came from above or below. She did ask the construction crew to try not to use any power tools that early after yours and the other guest's complaints.We hope you give us another chance and we hope to see you again soon.

The hotel was recently renovated. The front desk lady gave us one of their new rooms. Our room was clean and spacious. Very nice pool and hot tub.
