Everything was great except with the Casino, more particularly the ATM machines! Why you ask? I am a Canadian, with Canadian bank accounts in Canada. My credit card was not able to access my accounts through the casino’s ATM’s. This is the first time in my life that I have experienced this, and I have travelled all over the world. It is a beautiful casino. More machines than I’ve seen in most casinos in Vegas. But definately a cold and lifeless casino. I couldn’t access my money to gamble…the hotel’s loss I guess.

The room was clean except smelling badly. It appeared that the previous guest smoked a lot in the room. The staff then give us another room upon request.

I wish the rooms would supply more than 2 towels and wash cloths, it’s annoying to have to call housekeeping for more towels. The rooms should have at least 4 of each. The room was clean but the beds are entirely to soft, we had backaches in the morning. I’ve said this before it’s time to put new chairs in the lobby, and a few more places to sit while you wait. 😊 We’ve been there several times and it’s always clean.

Bally’s hotel in Dover Delaware is great. The desk clerks are polite and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The gaming experience was fun and relaxing. The location of the hotel has magnificent restaurants and restaurants are in the area too. Great location for shopping. I enjoy coming to Bally’s for fun and relaxation.
