The property was very nice,beds and room were awesome.Staff was friendly and helpful.I would stay again before or after a cruise.A night or a week all good.Thank you!

Mark Colman struggled to follow simple instructions. He was rude and thought it was acceptable to do the complete opposite of what everyone else does in terms of our basic check in procedure and ID Checks.
Mark Coleman's behavior was most strange, he had a tantrum over text message with us because he could not get his own way and do the opposite of what was required of him! He said the system we use didn't work, although it works for millions of guests every day all over the world. So you can see where the problem lies cant you!! Avoid Mark Colman and his tantrums going forwards!!

Large room, basic but very clean and comfortable. Be aware that room 1 is in the basement, narrow circular stairs to descend. Easy access to shared bathroom, fully equipped communal kitchen super clean and tidy. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No signage on the building so little difficult to find.

The room was lovely with a view to the garden,the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The property was easy walking to all amenities as well as some great tourist spots.

Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller.

Our room had a view of the castle, and was pleasantly spacious. The busy road in front, with a narrow pavement, was less ideal. Still well worth the trouble, and it would have been easier had we arrived before dark.
