Large home was perfect for our group
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur group of 8 senior women stayed for 4 nights. We love to travel together but we prefer to each have our own bedroom. This house was perfect for this. There is a large table in the dining area that was perfect for playing games. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The lake views were fantastic. We had a great time.

A Great Gathering Weekend!

Amazing!

It has enough bedrooms and beds to comfortably accommodate us, our children, grandchildren, and new great-granddaughter, seventeen people in all. Every bedroom has a view of the lake! The house is well stocked with everything you might need. There’s plenty of seating for our meals and games. The house is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the beach and swimming area, and some of our family enjoyed fishing every day. The neighborhood is very quiet. We plan to rent here again next summer, and hopefully for many more summers.

Just an absolutely wonderful place!
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur whole family, from my husband and I, our kids and their spouses and grandkids could not have enjoyed staying here more! It was clean and the space was big and open and the property offered just about anything you could want! Big grassy lawn, nice sandy beach, raft to swim out to, kayaks and canoe--it was great! Sue was an amazing host! Very friendly, helpful, and prompt in getting back when we had questions. We definitely want to stay here again!

Wonderful location

Family Getaway!
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe lakehouse was a dream!! It had all the space you could ask for and more! A kitchen with everything you need which was great for my brothers who are chefs! Beautiful views from the house porches. Our family had a few dogs and they had a blast swimming and laying around the yard. The little beach was great for my younger nephews to be able to enjoy walking right in!. My stepdad brought his pontoon, but you can rent theirs! We took the boat out and caught so many good sized sunfish, that we had enough to fry up one night for our family trip of 15! The house is truly beautiful, but not so overdone that you dont feel comfortable in it! There are a lot of stairs, but it was great exercise! And a bedroom option in basement for easy entry from the driveway for my parents who have a harder time with stairs. Awesome getaway and would definitely come back!!

Spring Break Family Getaway

The house was exactly what our family needed. We had enough space for everyone!! Would love to rent the house in the summer. They have everything you need for a fun family time!! Thank you for sharing your space for families like mine to come together for family time. 💜

Family Christmas Vacation

The layout of the kitchen and livingroom allowed our family of 14 to be together while playing games or eating at the same time at one table. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was readily available whenever we had a question. Our family would love to return.

Fall Getaway
Publié le 12 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayPerfect house. Very roomy. We had 12 ppl and still had lots of room. Ray was very easy to message and get a hold of if needed. Very well stocked with towels, washclothes, garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Also, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. No need to bring any of it. We had a fire pit, bring your own wood. Chairs to set up were provided. Lots of kitchen utensils and small appliances to use, plenty of plates, glassware, Lots of games, cards.
FYI: driveway can be a little trickey so be aware of where you are going when going up drive.
Would defintely stay again.
