Unique and Fun

This property was one of the most unique places we’ve stayed and it did NOT disappoint! We loved being right on the water but if you have small children you may want to reconsider. Coffee in the mornings was so peaceful on our porch, and the evenings were equally as nice. There was even a friendly heron that paid us a visit a few times during our stay. The house was immaculate with comfy beds and plenty of towels and bedding. I thought being on an active dock with a restaurant close by might be an issue as far as light and noise but that was not the case at all. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Hi Rhonda - We appreciate that you "took a chance" to check out what we have to offer and were not disappointed. While being an active marina, it tends to be very calm & sedate 95% of the time. Relaxing

We stayed for a weekend. Went to watch the Blue Angels fly then over to the arts festival. Great location! Property was as descibed. Will definitely stay again!! .

We really enjoyed our stay here,this is about our third time staying here and it's just as nice as it was before.It was our anniversary and they made us feel so special, thank you all! I could say so many great things about this place, I will say, come and see for yourself, you won't regret it.always clean, house fully stocked,friendly and very helpful management. Beautiful and peaceful place,close to everything ( shopping and eating)

Best Dock House ever!!!

What a wonderful place to relax. Waking distance to parks, restaurants, Downtown Pensacola. It was so enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back

This place was amazing.

I travel for work and am incredibly picky when it comes to cleanliness. I always use that filter option in VRBO. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. My kids had a blast and loved staying on the water. It was a lot of fun and we will be back. It is a wonderful alternative to the same old house or condo. The location was great and we will do it again.

Great place to stay

Excellent, fun place to stay in downtown Pensacola. Very unusual to actually stay on the water. We were greeted when we got there and before we left. Stacey was so nice and took great care of us. We will definitely be back.

Great experience in Great Location

The houseboats were great. Very clean and just as advertised. No surprises; everything worked well and we had no issues. Location of the marina is great for going downtown or Pensacola Beach. Excellent communication with the management team!

Amazing as always

Our family loves staying here. This is our second visit. The location, along with the boat access, makes this a top choice for us every time we are in the area. Loved seeing the Blues again this year. Jo Dee is always so accommodating. Looking forward to staying again in the future!
