Seaclusion, the third Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (2 queen beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset.

You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout).

Stunning Houseboat
Absolutely stunning and exceptional houseboat. 5-stars is not even a high enough review. Everything was as listed and better. Furnishing, super comfortable beds, and so clean. I would highly recommend staying here. Stellar communication with the property manager. Two very nice restaurants in the marina. Walk to downtown is less than 5 mins. Don’t think twice; book it! We will be back.

Perfect location and a beautiful place!
We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit.

We celebrated our 38th anniversary there. We walked in to a super clean beautiful house. Beds were so comfortable! On the kitchen table was a Happy Anniversary gift bag. In the bag was a small Nothing but Bundt cake, a gift card to The Oar restaurant which was fabulous. Thanks so much!

2nd stay as grand as the first
This was our second stay at Seaclusion. It was just as we remembered from our first stay over a year ago. The house was very clean (thank you Stacy) and charming. Plenty of room for 4 people. Fully stocked with necessities AND coffee. Short walk to downtown Pensacola. Great communication from Jo Dee about our stay and what was happening in town that weekend. 100% recommend.

Scenic getaway location.
The houseboat and adjacent property is fabulous. The rental is comfortable and well appointed. I highly recommend this property. The only caveat is that we specifically searched for a wheelchair accessible property and while the pictures showed the houseboat to be open and accessible it is actually quite tight and limiting for a wheelchair user, especially the bathroom. Being seasoned travelers we usually bring accessible equipment and were happy we brought a portable ramp to allow access onto the houseboat deck. Access in and around the marina is good. All in all this is a fun vacation rental spot.

Slice of paradise in downtown
We really enjoyed our small family “staycation”! We had a small issue at check-in that was quickly resolved by the owner, and she even went above and beyond by giving us gift cards to a local restaurant to make up for it. The location couldn’t be better as it is walking distance to downtown establishments and the baseball stadium. We’ll be back!

Something different!
We always go to Pensacola, but this year we decided to stay somewhere different. The houseboat was such a fun and unique experience for the kids. We fished right outside our door and caught blue crabs. The beach was just a short drive away so it was a way to experience a little bit of everything. We also brought our boat so it was nice to have it close by. The houseboat was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. We went to Joe Patti’s and bought seafood and cooked there a couple of nights. Perfect vacation!

Surprise for the Husbands
We met our friends from Texas in Pensacola for the weekend. My friend and I decided to surprise our husbands with a fun place to stay! What a great find! Perfect location, fully stocked kitchen, and the best front porch! It was also great that our friends could pick us up by boat. Jo Dee and the marina staff were great to work with. The idea of a floating house built with real lumber, attached to the dock with your boat just outside your door(if you have one) is awesomely brilliant! The house is perfectly set up and furnished, and with the vaulted ceiling, feels even roomier! Loved it!
