Located 1200m walk from the center of Flayosc, a typical village in the Var, this magnificent Bastide on 1500m2 of private, fenced land is made for ideal Holidays in any season; You will be located 1 hour from St Tropez, 50 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, 1 hour from Nice and Toulon and 1 hour 30 from Marseille. Your villa will open onto a south-facing terrace with large swimming pool (5m X 10m) with a view clear and magnificent on the Maures and L 'Esterel mountains. The swimming pool can be covered in mid-season ensuring water at 25 degrees min.
This Bastide also has a sheltered summer kitchen with barbecue.
This villa can accommodate 6 adults and two children. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 X 200cm, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm X 200 cm and a children's room with 2 pull-out beds of 90X 190 cm; It also has 2 shower rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. This house also has two dressing rooms for storing your clothes. This 130 m2 Bastide also has an equipped kitchen with dining room and living room with fireplace;
We inform holidaymakers that only bed linen is provided. Provide bathroom linen.
Please note that during heating, an additional 0.12 euros / kwatt / h spent will be charged at the end of the stay.

Wohlfühlen pur
Wir haben den Urlaub 2 Wochen genießen können. Im und um das Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren super schnell wenn mal etwas anliegt. Die Bewohner im Ort sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und im Ort können die wichtigsten Dinge des Alltags erledigt werden. Die nächst größere Stadt ist mal gerade 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nochmal hinfahren wenn das Haus dann frei ist.

Tolle Unterkunft mit herzlicher Betreuung
Wir wurden herzlich in einem sehr schönen Haus empfangen! Alles sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Pool und Garten laden zur Erholung ein. Hunde können sich wohlfühlen und sind willkommen. Die Aussenküche ist phantastisch. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen! Der Vermieter kümmert sich herzlich und unaufdringlich um seine Gäste. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Belle maison, confortable et lumineuse ( juste un petit bémol sur le matelas du rdc). La maison est bien située pour visiter l’arrière-pays varois, mais il faut compter un temps de route important du fait du relief.

Das Haus ist schön groß und bietet viel Platz für 7-8 Personen. Perfekt für die Groß-/Patchworkfamilie oder 3 Pärchen plus zusätzlichen Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Zudem ist es sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der überdachte Außenbereich mit Plancha-Grill und Outdoor-Küche ist großartig. Genauso wie der Pool und der tolle Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können von unserem Urlaub in diesem Haus nur positives berichten und kommen gern wieder : )

Herve und Catherine sind sehr freundliche Vermieter.Die Kommunikation war von Anfang bis Ende super nett und enrspannt. Die Beiden tun Alles, damit man sich rundherum wohlfühlt. Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick in die provencialische Landachaft. Das Haus ist wirklick mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Nous avons passez une semaine très agréable, au calme avec une vue sublime, une maison provençale très jolie où l'on se sent très vite comme chez soi. Hervé est un hôte tres sympathique qui nous a accueilli avec une réelle gentillesse bref les vacances pouvait commencer😊. Notre semaine aura évidemment etait trop courte , bref nous reviendrons. Tres jolie maison avec piscine et une vue magnifique ! C'est un rêve de commencer la journée avec le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine.Catherine nous a gentiment acceuillis et nous a donné pleins de bons conseils, pour bien découvrir la superbe région.
