Nestled in a tranquil cove on the Silver Ridge/Tannenbaum Peninsula, this 4 bedroom (+ Loft)/3 bath house (sleeping a total of 13 people) is near a variety of outdoor activities. Bring your boats--a boat ramp is available 2 minutes away and the long, flat driveway is ideal for stowing your boat. Tannenbaum Golf Course (a top 5 course in Arkansas) is 3 minutes away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, just a few steps from the house. Bike enthusiasts will find that the peninsula offers a wide-range of terrain and undulating routes - bring your hybrid tires. High-speed, fiber optic internet supports all your streaming needs. The house has 3000 square feet of open living space, perfect for large groups. The dramatic, wood-burning fireplace at the center of the home creates an idyllic setting in the colder winter months. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa sleeper. The screened-in deck off the back of the house provides a bug-free gathering experience. The tournament-quality, Tornado foosball table provides hours of competitive play. A ping pong table and other outdoor games are located in the garage. Two single kayaks and life jackets are available for guest use. Kitchen is fully stocked for groups that like to cook. A Thermador gas oven and dishwasher were recent kitchen additions. The 2023 Weber Genesis (Propane) grill is available for outdoor cooking and the fire pit is perfect for late-night drinks and s'mores. Please note that pets are not allowed and penalties for non-compliance will be enforced.

Lakeshore Dreamhouse
Words can't express, how incredibly beautiful this home is! It's an immaculate Dreamhouse. My family was looking for a quiet getaway on the lake, and we found it. The open living room/ kitchen was perfect for gathering, we effectively had a throne room to watch the Olympics! Every bedroom was connected to luxurious Jack n Jill bathrooms, fit for royalty. The loft was huge, perfect for gaming and plenty of privacy for the teenagers. The garage was awesome for pingpong and the screened in porch was awesome for lounging! It had it all, horseshoes, a fire pit, a hammock, kayaks, and foosball. The lake is always a big hit, and this was a great spot to swim. Don't hesitate to book this house, this will be the vacation of your dreams. Thanks again, love the Thompsons! 😊🌺

We have stayed at many timeshares and VRBO‘s and many times they short us on detergent towels, toilet paper, etc., and we were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to worry about these items when we ran out. We already coming back to stay next month and looking forward to it.

Family 4th of July Getaway
We had a wonderful time. The property was perfect for our family. We have 3 adult children with partners and this house fit us all perfectly. We found the house just as advertised on vrbo. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we were able to cook all of our favorite foods without bringing much from our own kitchen. The outdoor equipment and location on the lake is such a plus. Great Lake Escape!
Our family of five enjoyed our time at the lake. Plenty of seating inside and out, and great kitchen! We enjoyed the covered porch early in the morning and enjoyed walks and runs in the neighborhood, as well as pretty easy access to the water. Would return!

We had a big group of my family members who got to go to the lake for a long weekend. House was roomy and comfortable. The owner was absolutely fantastic to work with and I’ll be booking again with her for sure. It’s very close to a boat ramp but limited parking there. The kitchen was fully stocked and everyone said their beds were great as well.

Best girls weekend
This home was absolutely perfect for a girls getaway weekend. It was cold and raining but we didn’t care. The fireplace made it warm and cozy and we got to use the fire pit the first night. The amazing kitchen let us do what we love best- cook. The table was perfect for all nine of us to play games. There was plenty of beds so we all had our space. We will be back soon.

The property was really nice! Plenty of comfortable space for a large group and the kitchen was well stocked. This would be the perfect spot for four couples. The lake is just down the path and there’s a boat ramp and golf course just down the road. Would love to come back on a couples trip next time!

Amazing property!
The house was gorgeous, clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. We loved floating out on the lake which was just a short walk from the house (definitely recommend some water shoes bc it is rocky), playing ping pong in garage, and relaxing at end of day with a movie in the upstairs loft. From the moment we booked the host was great! If I had any questions at all I received a quick direct reply even early in the morning. The house was beyond expectations with every amenity possible and including extras like make up towels, storage-ware for food, and a juicer. The towels and linens were top notch and you can tell love that the host put into this house. Our family really enjoyed the screened in porch to keep the bugs away. We also enjoyed the kayaks daily and of course the fire pit at night to make s’mores. Check in and out process was super simple. The property was great for our family and we hope to visit again sometime. If you are looking for a lake house this is your stop!
