The 5-star (DTV) apartment is located above the rooftops of Dresden. The indescribable view from the spacious balcony and from the living room will always be remembered. The apartment is completely newly built and located in the historic building of a former luxury sanatorium in the King's Park Dresden in the house King Albert. For friends of nature, there is a beautiful beech forest in front of the door. For art lovers there are over 50 works of art from 4 centuries in the apartment infinite possibilities in the city .. A place to rest (just a former sanatorium) or quiet concentrated work. The apartment has with the two rooms for 2-3 persons 96 sqm and two balconies. It is on as 110 square meters - apartment for 4-5 persons or 140 square meters - apartment for max. 8 people. The latter then with an extra bath. Schnuppertage in Dresden

Eine herzliche Begrüßung gleich zu Beginn der Urlaubstage lässt das Herz höher schlagen. Dafür ein dickes Dankeschön an Frau Schindler. Ebenfalls war der Kontakt zum Wohnungsinhaber freundlich und informativ. Auch hierfür ein herzliches Dankeschön. Wir haben die Tage wirklich genießen können. Das Wetter besserte sich am zweiten Tag und es wurde herrlich sonnig. Die Hochwasserkatastrophe blieb Gott sei Dank aus und die Wohnung war schon etwas Besonderes. Dank vieler Initiativen, Spendern und natürlich der Gelder für den Wiederaufbau hat das historische Elbflorenz Dresden seine Würde zurück bekommen. Ein wahrer Schatz!

Kunstvolle, stilvolle Unterkunft

Wir haben 10 Tage Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super, genau so wie der Abholservice vom Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Kochen in der gut ausgestatteten Küche ist ein Vergnügen. Wir haben Dresden Dank guter Bus- und Bahnverbindung erkundet und können eine Reise, sowie einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen

Corona-Auszeit...

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und geräumige Wohnung in schönem historischem Kontext mit Blick ins Grüne; lediglich war uns aus dem Inserat nicht klar, dass wir nur ein Schlafzimmer gebucht hatten und das Arbeitszimmer zusätzlich bezahlen müssen, wo wir doch nur zu zweit da waren. Kühlschrank war zu unserer Ankunft gut gefüllt, so dass man erst mal entspannt ankommen kann! An Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfen mangelt es an nichts, selbst für etwas anspruchsvollere Köche! Wurden von Herrn Haenchen selbst äußerst freundlich empfangen und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden....
