Captivating 3-Bed brand new Luxury Caravan

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THIS INFORMATION. Excellent facilities. A Parkdean Resort. Opened 14 March.  Any reviews prior to the 14 March would not  reflect the status of the park, ie There is a shop on site which opens from 14 march and WiFi is available but the holiday park charge a fee.

Fishing/Duck pond. 
Gym. Fish and chips, Icecream, Shop,  Laundrette,  Soft play, Bike hire. 
Book at reception for activities. 
Passes need to be bought from reception… Escape into nature at our secluded self-catering caravan on the East Yorkshire Coastline where you can relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Situated on the quieter area of the park and near to the sea. Get back to nature in the open air and relax in true comfort thanks to the modern facilities of this luxury caravan. As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax with a veranda and offers a television. This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is an additional double sofa bed.


There are 2 toilets and a shower.  The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.


Linen and towels are not included and small charge is required for beds to be made. Toilet roll is not provided.  WiFi is purchased via Wifinity, phone number given on request. House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed, electric car charging is not allowed  - There are free parking on premises, parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

 The holiday park facilities will be closed from beginning November to March although the caravan is available. Nearby popular areas are Hornsea, Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.
Note: please turn the heating off on departure inside the caravan but please don’t turn off the gas bottles outside.
