Super clean unit…cool little town!

Overall a nice unit. Nicely decorated and beds are super comfortable ! Didn’t realize we were in a large complex based on the outside photo. Parking wasn’t ideal. Had to park far away from unit both days. Driggs has wonderful amenities.

Stairwell had a fowl pet smell. Carpets need to be replaced. Both my boys became ill while staying there or within 2 days of our 4 day stay.

However, after a thorough investigation, we have not found any evidence to support the issues you mentioned regarding a foul smell in the stairwell or the condition of our carpets. For one, the unit is not pet-friendly and there is no evidence pets have been in the property. Our carpets are also cleaned regularly, which keeps them fresh and in good condition. We strive to maintain a clean and inviting environment for all our guests, and our team works diligently to address any issues that arise promptly. We also take health and safety seriously and have stringent protocols in place to ensure the cleanliness of our place. If there's anything specific you'd like to discuss further or if you have any additional feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We are disappointed we didn’t hear from you during your stay so we could have addressed your concerns in the moment but we value your input and would like to make it right moving forward.
