Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin itself was nice but it was terribly dirty! Not sure the bathroom was even cleaned. A pair of old dirty socks laying in a cornet! The side tables had dirty rings where beverages had been left, etc.

Thank you for your review and feedback. I do recall you reaching out during your stay and we offered to send in a cleaner and additional help and didn't hear back unfortunately. We were disappointed to hear the cleanliness wasn't up to your standards (or ours as well) but are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Cozy Cabin
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin and the amenities were great.The only issue was the loft where the 2 additional beds are located. We found that the ceiling and beams are very low. Could have possible guessed this with closer inspection of the online photo of the area, but this is not readily apparent.

Rustic and clean.
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayHere for a wedding. Wanted to stay a bit of the grid. Perfect size for 2. Everything was clean but definitely not swanky. So if you are good with that then you will enjoy. Close to downtown Driggs with the grocery store handy. Only off the main road by a half block but the road noise isn’t bad at all. The other barn/cabin is blocked off by a row of trees so seemed private enough.

Great literally cool house

Lovely cabin in a nice quiet area
Publié le 9 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe decided to stay in Idaho to save money on the overpriced listings near Jackson. However, once we got there my wife and I both loved the place and considered the hour drive to the Grand Teton National Park an afterthought. The cabin is nestled quietly between Victor and Driggs, and was perfect for having a nice quiet place with a lovely view. The cabin had everything we needed, and was well equipped. If you enjoy running, the local roads and Greenway goes for miles with minimal traffic.
The owners were staying in the adjacent barn and came over and introduced themselves to see if we needed anything. They offered anything we needed and provided some maps and trail books for hike ideas.
There were only two of us so we never used the upstairs loft, but that would be ok for two additional people to sleep
I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience!

Great, cozy cabin
Publié le 4 oct. 2017 sur HomeAwayThe Darby cabin was great for our stay near the Tetons and Jackson Hole. The cabin had every convince and was very comfortable. The only reason for the four stars are.... 1. The washer, dryer were in the bathroom of the cabin next door, and we were uncomfortable using our key to go inside someone's place,
2. We had cold temps and rain, which meant snow on the pass in Sept. We were unable to get to Jackson Hole two of our five days.
3. We are sports fans and the satellite tv package did not even have ESPN.
Overall, the town of Driggs was great with fun restaurants.

Thank you for leaving your review! We take all reviews seriously and appreciate the feedback. We often have guests who leave items for the next guests to use as to not be wasteful, usually condiments or lotion, bug spray, etc. However, we will make sure to do an additional sweep of the home and make sure all items are disposed of. We have never received a complaint on the mattress at this home, but will pass along your note to the owner!
In the future, please don't hesitate with any requests the day of arrival so we can have the opportunity to correct any complaints or concerns right away. We hope you'll choose our management team again so we can make it up to you next time around!

Perfect out of the way location
Publié le 29 juin 2017 sur HomeAwayWe recently traveled out west to see Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. We didn't want to stay in the parks or in a hotel because we wanted to cook many of our own meals but close enough to be able to drive to the parks without too much trouble. We found this cabin. It was perfection. It was only a 45 minute drive to Grand Teton and about 35 minute drive to the town of Jackson. This was perfect for us. We did find SEVERAL cabins/condos MUCH closer to the parks and it would have been more convenient, BUT the charm of this place made it all worth while. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient, etc. We had a marvelous time. There were four adults in our party and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The kitchen , with it's full sized refrigerator and stove were perfect for our cooking. The drive to Yellowstone was....a bit too far. BUT being able to come home to this place, made it worth the drive. There is a canyon just down the road, we didn't explore, but if we come back, we will. Book this place now! You'll be glad you did.
