Bel hôtel mais un peu déçu
Publié le 24 févr. 2016 sur HotelsL hôtel ne correspond pas à un quatre étoiles il est un peu Bruyant nous entendions les voisins la superficie de la chambre standard est petite la salle de bain est très petite et mal agencée le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel d'une tres grande gentillesse et efficacité

Good hotel with a lot to offer

The room was large and comfortable and the balcony was also lovely. The location is away from the city itself, but the hotel's setting is quite nice, along the river, with a fun arcade and mini-mall area in the plaza in front of it. The prices in the restaurant were very good and the quality of the food, both dinner service and breakfast buffet, was quite high. Would enjoy staying here again.

Spa facilities a little small but good.
Food good, but limited choice.
Rooms and showers good.
Location excellent

Das Hotel ist etwas old-fashioned. Das Frühstück war schwach. Der Pool viel zu klein. So stellt man sich definitiv kein SPA-Hotel vor!

Fint hotell, men dårlig service

Frokosten i helgen var god, men på ukedager har de tydeligvis ikke buffet - fordi vi måtte ta en tidlig buss rakk vi derfor ikke frokost den siste dagen og vi fikk ingen informasjon eller kompensasjon for dette. Vi ba resepsjonen bestille taxi for oss to ganger, men begge gangene ringte de ikke før vi kom ned. Engelskkunnskapene er begrensede. Rommet vårt ble heller ikke ryddet noen av dagene og jeg måtte hente nye håndkler selv. Plasseringen av hotellet er super! Bor her gjerne igjen, men skal ikke forvente så mye av betjeningen til neste gang.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review. We apologize for not having breakfast on your departure day. Our breakfast time starts every day from 8am. If guests wish to have a breakfast earlier, they have to request it in advance. The TAXI comes right after a call., so it is not necessary to call them in advance. We advice our guest to place a card on the door 'Please service my room' if they wish their room to be clean. We hope to see you soon again.

Got the large suite in main building, I would not like it near as much if in the newer addition. Had a small patio and easy access to the gardens. Got lucky on parking, grabbed the last spot available in the back, the front was full. Breakfast was incredible. My son's room was also in main building but not as nice as my room, but still pretty good. Odd it was the same price for both rooms.
