The staff was great and the room was quite clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the out dated gym.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Free breakfast every morning, not the best breakfast you ever had, but definitely does the job of filling you up, and starting your day.

There was a power outrage beyond the hotel's control. The only staff member that were apologetic was the 2nd shift front desk. Paige had to check-in a bus by herself, let everyone in their rooms, etc. She kept a very positive attitude throughout her shift. I felt management let her down.

The only thing that we didn't like was the inability to close the curtains fully. The heavy drapes on the side would not close over the transparent second curtain. Consequently a street light outside shone directly into the room and my husband could not lay on his side facing the window.

When we first got there, they had no power except for just lights in the room. Elevators did not work and they put us on the third floor. Two of us are in our 70s one in mid 60s got no help with luggage. The stairwell to the third floor had no lights. We had to walk up in the dark.The pool was not heated and the water was cold so we couldn’t use the pool that was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. The breakfast was pretty good.

The power went out during our stay and the elevators stopped working. We were in a handicap room on the 3rd floor. We had to take the stairs for 3 days. My mom asked for assistance with our luggage for when we were checking out and were told to call the front desk. The phones weren't working. I took some luggage down and asked for help from the same front desk lady and she acted like she was unaware and that they could send someone to help if needed but since I was already doing it....🙄 I was annoyed with the whole situation. I went back up to the 3rd floor and started getting my mom's luggage and a man came up to help, thank goodness. But the front desk had acted like it was an inconvenience. For the elevators to be out for 3 days of our 4 day stay....with a handicap room on the 3rd floor is absolutely ridiculous.
