Great stsy with exception of not having enough towels or cups both drinking snd coffee

Honestly, we enjoyed the property. The pool could use some work, but there was nothing wrong with it. It just is a little old. The staff looks great and very accommodating and we had no problem with our service dog being let in. The staff was friendly, even though it was very busy. There were several groups of people checking in when we got there and rather than hold us up while they registered all those people would not had reservations. They asked if we somebody had a reservation that was there and they gave us our paperwork so that we could get our room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I don’t think we’ve had a bad state at a Holiday Inn property in several years

A place to get off the road but not all that restf

Hotel seemed new or recently renovated so it was clean. Beds and pillows were not comfortable, way to soft with no back or head/neck support. Location is noisy - truck stop next door, train line and fire starion nearby. The tv didn't have channels and front desk said they didn't know hiw to fix, needed to wait for next shift. No one followed up but we figured out the tv was new and needed to run full scan to setup.

Our first stay was excellent. Our second stay unfortunately our room smelt of cannabis and we had to be moved. Staff were excellent though .

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments. I would like to apologize that your room had an odor and that you had to move. We are 100% non smoking, however, some guests do not care and smoke in the rooms anyway. We do charge them for smoking, but the smell sometimes lingers and affects the next guest. I am glad the staff was able to move you to a different room.

Our first visit to the hotel was great but unfortunately on our return visit we were disappointed. The lift smelt of cannabis and when we got to our room it was so bad we had to ask to be moved. We had a child with us and the whole area was full of cannabis smell. The desk manager changed the room efficiently but we were very disappointed.

We are 100% non-smoking, however, occasionally people feel entitled and that it does not apply to them, and unfotunately, they do not care how it affects other guests. We do charge 250 for smoking in our rooms.
