Breakfast is a little expensive in relation to the options available: no cook making fresh omelettes, lack of juices on offer (except for watermelon)

Total déception. La chambre n’était pas entretenue (poussières, miroir sales..) Gros problème lors de l’arrivée une caution de 350 AED m’a été demandé !!! Je n’ai jamais reçu le remboursement complet. Personnel d’accueil peu disponible. Le quartier est mal situé rien à faire autour de l’hôtel et zone en travaux

Regarding the deposit , it was 200 AED , which was refunded to the card and 150 AED was charged for 10 nights of the stay for tourism dirham fees - mandatory fees in Dubai. Please accept our sincere apologies if it was not clarified to you by our team member. Meanwhile, we are at your full disposal should you have any requirements from our side for future stays. Séjour très décevant parsonne ne parle français personnel très arrogant aucun sens du service plus jamais je ne remettrai dans cette hotel!!????

Hôtel bien situé avec divers commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds. Centre commercial et métro pas loin. l'hôtel est propre, le personnel répond à toute demande. Seule point négatif, l'humidité dans la chambre et l'absence de machine à laver pour nettoyer son linge car très cher à l'extérieur. Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel.
