Good service, but a bit irritated
Posted Oct. 16, 2024 on HotelsI was only there for 9 hours, but was good front of house service. A bit irritated that I was awakened by housekeeping at 9am having only arrived in the hotel around 2.30am (therefore tired) and checking out at 12pm, so there was no need….

We enjoyed our short stay. We arrived early in the morning ahead of the standard check in time and were delighted to understand that a room was available shortly after we finished breakfast in the restaurant. Breakfast choices were good and eggs were even made to order. My only critique about the stay was that it was impossible to take the shuttle from T3 to the hotel. We waited in the location for over an hour to no avail and ended up having to take the metro to T1 then an Uber to the hotel. However the process of taking the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport was a breeze.

Extremely Disappointed Gold Bonvoy Membet

Was supposed to have no smoking room. However, the room I had smelled so bad of smoke.
