Conrad in Dubai
Posted Mar. 25, 2024 on HotelsWe stayed for 5 nights and found the Hotel to be more than we expected. The room was amazing. The service and staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The outdoor terrace was excellent. We will definitely be back

Conrad is a very well located hotel in Dubai!

Special mention to the Valet staff who were very helpful with loading and unloading cars with two kids and their stuff. I must mention Mr. Badawy who is one of the welcoming staff in the lobby. Great conversationalist and very friendly.

For the amount that I paid for food it was always cold and appeared to be sitting no matter where I ate in the hotel the breakfast buffet everything was soggy and cold make shift Resturant for the prices dark Korean restaurant you can’t see your food buffet appeared to be set up hours prior

We strive to offer the highest level of services and product to our guests and it saddened us to hear that you found some items at our buffet breakfast to be soggy or cold. We would like to assure you that our culinary team is closely monitoring and refreshing the dishes served at the buffet throughout the breakfast to ensure that the quality of items offered are at the highest level at all times. All dishes served at the buffet are freshly made, additionally our culinary team is happy to go extra mile and serve any special request for our guests to ensure that every guest leaves happy from our restaurant. We would also like to share that we use the newest equipment at our current breakfast location that permits us to maintain the quality of the dishes placed on the buffet at its best. Thank you for sharing your feedback on lighting at the Korean restaurant Kimpo and that you found it to be too dimmed. We wish we were made aware of the challenges that you have encountered during the stay and so we could have made the amends immediately to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and giving us an opportunity to improve our services. We do hope that if your journey brings you back to Dubai in future we would have an chance to serve you and to show you a true Conrad Dubai hospitality.

The staff were very warm and friendly. We had commented that the restaurant service had been slow on the first day, the following day we were provided with above and beyond service to both acknowledge that the previous day had been below the expected standard, and to ensure that we had everything we needed.

We do have a variety of restaurants such as Italian restaurant Ballaro, Kimpo Korean American fusion, Anasa over authentic Greek dishes, Mediterranean cuisine at Bliss6 pool and bar, as well as in room dining offering internal cuisine. Please know that your feedback was shared with leaders of respective departments who will have a closer look of your comments.
