Very nice hotel, well located. The breakfast us good but expensive.

Ma chambre, située au 13e étage, etait très confortable et avait une superbe vue. Néanmoins elle était un cran en dessous de celle que j'avais réservée (chambre de 70 m2 aves balcon) et payée via Expedia, laquelle n'était pas disponible (odeur de peinture d'après la réception). A titre de compensation, l'hôtel m'a offert un déjeuner et un "late check out". Sinon, la nourriture servie au restaurant est, d'après moi, d'une qualité plutôt moyenne.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Sharjah. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal größtenteils aufmerksam (leider haben Bestellungen auf's Zimmer fast immer viel zu lange gedauert, manchmal wurden die falschen Sachen auf's Zimmer gebracht; aber trotzdem waren fast alle immer sehr freundlich), die Aussicht ist wunderschön, das Essen (In-Room-Dining) sehr lecker und das Frühstück ehrlich gesagt besser als in einigen 5-Sterne-Hotels. Einzig die Kissen waren für mich persönlich eine Katastrophe.. Weiche Daunenkissen und keine Alternative.. Normalerweise gibt es in allen Hotels, in denen ich war, mindestens 2 verschiedene Kissensorten: ein weiches und ein festeres. Ich habe nicht eine einzige Nacht gut geschlafen. Mein Kopf ist jedes Mal eingesunken und ich bin nachts mehrmals wach geworden, weil mein Nacken und meine Schulter geschmerzt haben. Nichtsdestotrotz soll das der Allgemeinbewertung keinen Abbruch tun. Ich nehme mir beim nächsten Mal einfach ein eigenes Kissen mit, denn dies wird mit Sicherheit nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt sein. Ich kann dieses Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und bedanke mich für alle die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und immer lächelnden Mitarbeiter, sei es in der Lobby, beim Frühstück, Reinigungskräfte oder draußen beim Eingang/Valet. Ich bin begeistert! Wir kommen wieder <3
