Décevant

Les prix en ligne ne sont pas sincères. Une fois sur le terrain, la version change. On vous oblige à payer des choses qui dépassent largement votre budget. Aussi, les repas sont décevants et l'hôtel est à 20 km environ du centre ville contrairement à ce qui est affiché, 6 km et quelques.

Many thanks for choosing to stay at Dubai Grand Hotel At the outset, The Hotel is very close to Dubai International Airport and Metro is approx 1km distance from the hotel. As you have mentioned in your feedback that you had charged for the amount that you don't know that was the TOURISM DHIRAM AED15 Per night/room that is the Dubai goverment tax. And that is same mentioned in your booking confirmation as per Expedia.The team and I, look forward to welcoming you again hoping you return soon.

Comfortable stay

It was a peaceful stay at the hotel. Was there for 1 night, but really neat and clean room.

If you want a good nights sleep this is not the place to go to, with the newly included hookah lounge and music from the bar until 3 am I wasn’t able to get any sleep for the past four days. The constant smell of cigarettes lingered around my room as well. I called numerous times to the front desk and they did nothing about the music.
