Needs improvement and maintenance
Posted Jun. 29, 2024 on HotelsThe property itself meeds a lot of maintenance. It ells like mold and dusty. No doubt It was fully loaded with all the necessary amenities but definitely needs a lot of improvements.

I don't usually make reviews, but this is something no one deserves to go thru.
This place is not a place to take your loved ones to. Its not a clean place. Not for your spouse, children family neither friends.
The hotel looks fancy, in pictures, but once you arrived there, you start understanding why it was so cheap, and after a while, you will discover that it actually was not cheap! As its terrible.
Unclean: Actually disgusting, not a family oriented place, not a business trip friendly location..
Unprofessional: The Managing staff have communication problems.
Unfriendly staff. For some reason they were all angry.

Posted Aug. 19, 2023 on HotelsI'm customer on this hotel and this is not my first time facing this issue with staff when I came to book I told them I want to stay till 5 then they asked me to pay 100 extra then I told them what time maximum I can check out the lady she said till 2 pm we can give you but next day I was sleeping one from the customer service lady staff she called me on my personal number asking me to check out by 12 pm then I told her can I leave by 1:30 pm she said no at least 1 pm because we have arrival and we need the room but same time I checked website to see if there is room or no but I was chocked when I saw all type of room have 5 rooms left why the staff have to lie to me ?? If I requested to leave 2 pm and staff agreed why next day they have to call me and asking me to leave???

It looks nicer in the pictures than in person and I'm not sure how it's a 4star but it was pretty good overall and for one night what we needed.

False rating, and a terrible stay.
Posted Jun. 21, 2021 on HotelsAt the start of this review i would like to warn Hotels.com and future costumers as we believe the rating of this hotel is rigged and staged to show in the high-rated hotels formula of Hotels.com, please read below for the full explanation;
When we arrived The staff were a different breed of rude. The staff receptionist did not even greet us and he was rather rude in his communication manners. The lobby was shut down with no-sitting signs and could not even sit in order to wait for the check-in process to commence. We thought that was wrong, and there was the first warning flag.
It was 2am so we decided to go up to the room and avoid any further inconveniences.
Going up the lift, we were shocked with the floors corridors' condition; it was dirty, with dimmed white florecent lights along the way.
Then we proceeded to the room, and the condition was shocking to us. The microwave provided with the studio was (nasty) with stains of the wall behind it, the sofas were worn down as if they came from "good-will" store, the bathroom was leaking and there was no towels provided. Water pressure was very weak and couldn't even touch the taps as they have stains.
We felt that we got scammed with the ratings and we are highly suspicious that those ratings are rigged since there was no comments except few words such as "good, brilliant" and all comments/rantings happened around the same time, with very close dates to each other.
We kindly request Hotels.com to inspect this property.
