Thank you, for the feedback, unfortunately this is out of control of the hotel as this happens due to low tides, the hotel is however always cleaning the beach and we try our best to make it best for our guests use.

Propreté irréprochable. Tres belle chambre spacieuse vue sur la piscine et mer.
Point negatif : trés excentré de Dubai

- très bel hôtel confortable (très jolie chambre avec une bonne literie et une vue magnifique sur la mer, transats avec matelas + serviette à la piscine et à la plage)
-personnel serviable
- bon rapport qualité-prix
Les moins:
- à environ 1h du centre de Dubaï (mais les taxis sont à un prix abordable et il y a une petite navette gratuite 1x par jour)
- restauration relativement chère

It is a nice hotel, but it is slowly degrading...
Publié le 7 nov. 2017 sur HotelsThis was our fourth stay at the Fairmont. Although the hotel is a superb property, it has declined each time we have gone back (the first time we went was in April 2016). They have reduced the number of dishes they offer - especially for Indian and Asian cuisine, and replaced them with more dumb down and tasteless European cuisine.
The original staff (team) that the hotel started out with has all but gone. The people that have replaced them have little training, are not as friendly, and are more geared to just getting the job done. They also favor Russian tourists (some 80% to 90% of guests), so much so that Fairmont has resorted to hiring staff that is Russian speaking, but does not articulate English so well.
Many of the services we had grown to love at the hotel, like an attentive chef, reception staff you could actually talk to before arriving at the hotel, fish night at Spectrum (the main hotel restaurant), have all vanished. Before arriving at the hotel, we called to ask for the same room in which we stayed last times this was not possible - although it had been possible before.
In terms of dishes in the restaurant, you had better like chicken, because there is no other type of meat. I remember when they were serving lamb, and beef and fish as well, but that is now over.
Overall, the hotel is gearing towards optimizing costs at the price of sacrificing quality of service, and this is sad to see.

Thank you for being loyal to Fairmont Ajman and for caring to share your feedback with us. Please be assured all your comments have been communicated to our teams. We are internally going thought a strong drilling and detailing from both service and culinary perspective to change this trend. It can be challenging to accommodate everyone’s requests with the high occupancy and guest mix, but we have already implemented new initiatives that will change the guest experience.
