Moquettes pas propre du tout. Mes draps ont fait 5 jours sans être changés, j’ai du me fâcher pour qu’on me les changes.
Je pense que les images et la Pub ne reflètent pas une réalité totale des lieux.

Noisy ans no apologies
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI could not sleep properly in this hotel. It was Very noisy. I asked tu change my Room, theyaccepted but it was similar.
The building is not maintained Properly for an hotel.
The custains are poor quality. Impossible to sleep in thé morning

Les membres du personnel très sympathiques et accueillants.
Tu sors de l’hôtel un taxi t’attends ! Burj Khalifa et Mall a 5 mn de voiture

Limited service and quality
Publié le 4 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe Hotel is well situated close to the metro station. Check in was a bit slow and strangely enough we were asked to read and agreed to a piece of paper that says. No cooking and no shisha in the the room. Fair enough as European we usually dont cook in bedroom and dont smoke shisha.
The suite is quite large. There is a kitchen (but can't cook). There is no crookery or cutlery. A large fridge and freezer. Tea facility.
The bathroom is well set but a few of the floor tiles are broken. Bathroom towels are quite small and overused.
The bedroom is tiny compared to the rest of the suite. Good bed and linen. Intersetingly enough, the safe deposit is not fixed in the cupboard nor on the wall. Any one could walk-out with it.
Tv channels are limited.
Room-service is available, but you must pay on the spot. The waiter will bring you the food on a trolley and will drop everything on the coffee table and go with the trolley. Asked him why. He said that there are busy and not enough trolleys. You get what you order. No bread, no water, no condiment.
Breakfast is served on mezzanine or 12th floor. Good selection and variety. service is limited.
One of the biggest challenges is the elevators. One morning it took us 25 mns from the time we pressed the button on the 32nd floor to the ground floor. the lifts stop on every floor taking guests and staff. a real nightmare.
Valet parking boys are doing a fantastic job under great pressure. Overall an average hotel. Will not stay again.
