Excellent séjour au Hilton Palm Jumeirah. Hôtel idéalement bien placé. Le personnel toujours souriant vous accompagne pour assurer un séjour mémorable. Les chambres sont vastes et confortables. Bref un hôtel au top.

L’hotel est magnique, la mer a proximite est un plus. Le fait de pouvoir choisir le diner ou le dejeuner est tres partique.
Le personnel est a l’ecoute et tres gentil

Extraordinaire hôtel de luxe
Publié le 6 déc. 2022 sur HotelsMagnifique hôtel ouvert fin août 2022, avec plage privée et piscine, environ 10 restaurants ou bars, et surtout de superbes prestations. Un hall grandiose, des chambres Exécutive avec vue mer panoramique en face et balcon, une spacieuse salle de bains, un grand coffre fort, un véritable bureau pour travailler, des prises USB partout, une wifi de qualité, un Club Exécutive Lounge extra et du personnel aux petits soins… que demander de plus ? Seul bémol : sa situation particulière sur Palm sans accès direct à la route principale qui oblige les taxis, au départ comme à l’arrivée, à tourner plusieurs fois en rond dans les sens uniques de circulation pour sortir ou rentrer dans sa contre-allée (pouvant donner à tort l’impression qu’on nous promène inutilement et rallonge le temps de trajet).

Hôtel neuf et très beau, mais très mal isolé, surtout au niveau de chambres adjacentes, votre voisin est dans votre chambre !
Le service de chambre est au top, mais le service en général manque de personnel, espérons que c'est dû à l'ouverture.
La plage soi-disant privée est squattée par les clients du Jones et peut vite devenir bruyante aussi. À surveiller quand les autres restaurants en phase finale de construction vont ouvrir. Le Palm five et son bar de plage "Orange Chameleon" sont aussi assez bruyants.

The rooms are very nice and clean. However, the pool was little dirty for me every day, and requesting an extra pool towel felt like asking for a free night’s stay.
During checkout, I encountered issues. Although I had paid using my Expedia points, the staff claimed I hadn’t paid and wouldn’t let me leave the hotel. Instead of contacting Expedia themselves, they asked me to do it or pay for the room again. This hotel is suitable if you're without kids, but there are too many stairs to the pool if you have a buggy.
Getting the free bottled tap water was a nightmare as it was located in the same place you get the towels. Again, one bottle at a time for a family of four doesn’t last long. Hilton, the price of the room doesn’t justify the service you get at the hotel.
