Stayed for a night. No help with luggage whilst checking in and checking out which was very disappointing after a long tiring flight. Transfer to and from the hotel was prompt and reliable. 10/15 walk to the nearest metro station. Would i stay again? Probably not.

The hotel itself was nice and in a very good area. Breakfast was great and the staff was outstanding. The downsize was the size of the room and beds. I traveled with my family for a week and when I booked the hotel, the listing stated that it was a family room with two king beds and a sofa bed. The room was not a family room, but a standard room. The beds were not king size beds, as advertised and were very small for two people. The bathroom/shower were very small, but I gave this hotel 3-stars because of the false advertisement for the room and the beds because that played a major role in me booking the room for our vacation.

Odor in the corridor, not clean room, hair in the bathroom, cockroach, despite odor (terrible smell) also a tobacco smell in the corridor (we lived on the 1st floor), broken shower appliance, malfunctioning door locker, on the other hand, they offer free airport transfer and its proximity to the airport is a bonus. Didn’t have any issues with personnel , they were friendly and nice. PS. I saw such a reviews later, with the points I mentioned , and hope that will be fixed. Thanks.

This hotel should be the best choice to get into Dubai and to get out. Just by the Dubai International, Terminal 3, It is very convenience and it has an affordable, and worthy price. A free shuttle is available 24 hours/ 7 days. Front desk (Ann) received us with a great smile and treated us excellently. Food offered was good quality and many choices. Overall, we were very satisfied with the Hotel. I recommend it to every one going to and from Dubai.
