Personnel très attentif et souriant. On a eu droit à un early check-in grace à eux, chambre sympa, très calme, food was great. On a également apprécié la proximité à l'aéroport, le city mall juste en face. On reviendra surement.

disspointed

Ibis Deira is unfortunately was disappointing. Iron board in the room without Iron. bed sheets with 2 holes showing too used bed sheets. Room cleaning was a disaster. They cleaned the bed but the boiler and used coffee cups were as they were with some sugar from last evening on the tray. pieces were also left behind on the desk. Not to mention I dropped off laundry in the evening and at 10pm next day I still didn't have my laundry back. I had to go to the reception to ask if my suit is back from cleaning.
