Séjour fantastique, personnelles très serviable, accueillant,chaleureux et souriant.
L’emplacement impeccable et environnement très calme et paisible et des activités pour les enfants comme pour les adultes.

Well kept hotel but very crowded. Due to hot weather, buggy service is offered but it leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest the hotel organize the transportation within the resort /parks via busses and not buggies and set times for the trips.

The services has been dropped and not as before
TV was not working the whole time and I reported it but no support
My luggage after check out were left on the street and no one load them in the car
After long day and all my family members are tired we went to the room to be surprised that keys are not working and we had to wait for 20 min do someone can bring us new keys
