On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy.
My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but on the 3rd day of being at the apartment.
Lastly, the service at the Five hotel was appalling. The hotel looks fantastic with great facilities but the service around the main pool and pool restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. It’s extremely expensive but took an hour most days to receive your food/drink order and it was difficult to get a bed around the pool unless you spent a minimum of 500 dirhams.

Publié le 30 nov. 2021 sur HotelsDetta räknas som airbnb boende. Väldigt mycket att önska. Vi bokade boende för 3 personer men fick endast en säng. Rummet städades ej då det ej ingår. Det är många villkor som ej framgår i marknadsföringen. Ac i sovrummet var sönder så det var kallt hela tiden.
läget är bra och fina lägenheter dock ska detta inte likställas med ett hotell eller marknadsföras som det.
Kommunikation med teamet var väldigt otydlig och utdragen.
Jag hade inte valt detta igen vid min nästa vistelse.

De hotel zelf in de residence heeft hele slechte service geen vriendelijk persoonlijk. Echt vreselijke personeel alhoewel de personeel die over de kamers gaan en echt over de five appartementen zelf zijn super. Ze doen er alles aan om het je aangenaam te houden. Zeer goede afhandeling. Borg wordt netjes terug gegeven je krijgt voldoende tijd om uit te checken er wordt een dag van te voren gevraagd of je later uit wilt checken. Zijn flexibel omtrent de schoonmaak. Ik ga hier zeker opnieuw boeken alleen om de afhandeling van de heren van de residence.

The condition of the hotel haven't described like it be indeed, no efficient service as a 5 star hotel or hotel appartment , although I appreciated from our agent Mr Imran khan.
There is a lot of way to improve it's service that surely you know better than me for instance put some tea coffee and primary need and facilities or daily cleaner.

As rightfully mentioned by you, your comments are valid for an hotel or an hotel apartment, but not for a private apartment like ours, which was never advertised with daily housekeeping services. Our apartments are also equipped with Nespresso machines for your convenience.
