L'hôtel est très propre et le Room service est excellent.
Le personnel est accueillant et disponible.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix.
Seule chose a déplorer : le robinet de la toilette qui coule au sol et que j'essayais constamment pour éviter que quelqu'un me glisse et tombe dans cet espace très réduit et se cogner la tête ou un bras dans le lavabo ou la chaise des toilettes.
A part cela tout le reste est correct.
C'est très pratique pour les familles surtout quand vous êtes avec des enfants.
Oui je recommande cet hôtel.

Publié le 10 janv. 2022 sur HotelsNous sommes ravis de notre séjour au Novotel Suites. La chambre est très bien et le lit très confortable. Personnel souriant et courtois. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous étions avec notre petit de 18 mois et tout le nécessaire a été fait pour nous garantir un séjour plaisant et sans stress. Special thanks to Hatem at the reception desk.
