This was such a frustrating stay. The hotel is so overly crowded and poorly managed. Elevators take a long time and are almost always full when they finally arrive so you would have to squeeze in or wait another 5-10mins. The valet service takes a long time As well. The hallways always smelled very badly. The room amenities and furniture seem worn out. The Receptionist that checked us in was in a bad mood. We only tried the coffee from the lobby cafe and it was terrible. If you are looking for: Elegance Convenience Peace and relaxation Value You will NOT find it here.
