Excellent have RIU hotel. Clean good room service and excellent food selection in main restaurant. Used uber 2min wait only for arrival to get to town. Expedia good for booking tours as they arranged hotel pickups with good communication from tour guide.

Very pleased with the hotel. Would have liked the little extras like body lotion, shower caps, dressing gowns and slippers. The food and restaurants were excellent. Also enjoyed the entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Staff were super helpful. Using hotel taxis was a lot more expensive than regular ones.

All of the staff were outstanding. Very professional and polite. We were allowed to check into our room early as our flight arrived well before check-in time. It's not a 5-star resort, but certainly met or exceeded my expectations. It is a little far from downtown Dubai and some of the attractions we wanted to see, but transportation was always available (either public or private taxi) and reasonably priced. We chose to use a private taxi and it was worth the extra cost.
