Great Room and Helpful Staff

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had just a good variety. Our view from our room was outstanding.

Everything was pretty good, the only strange thing is that I was given a room on the first floor. I never stayed on the first floor before. Expedia rates must be making good margin on such hotel that they are giving customer booked through Expedia a first floor room.

If on a quick trip it is very convenient. Staff are friendly although when I requested for help with our luggages they said they will send someone. We waited for 20 minutes so my husband and I who are both in their 70’s just pulled out luggages as our taxi had been waiting. That was disappointing.

The location is terrible, construction is at every corner. Loud, noisy, dirty. I booked two beds and received ONE king size bed. I did not have energy to fight it because we arrived very late and were exhausted after 14 hour flight. You throw dirty towel on the floor, they put it back on the shelf. So, make sure it's clean before it touches your face. For the money I paid i received a very bad service.
