Le personnel et l’accueil sont excellent. Les plats servis en room service sont très bons. Rien à dire de négatif.

Confortable et bien situé

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, le wifi qui est excellent, le service et la gentillesse du personnel. Buffet le matin tres fourni, et chaque soir un theme différent ( fruit de mer, mexicain, arabe, etc..) La navette gratuite pour la plage. Seul l'environnement de la piscine n'était pas ideal, ainsi que le bruit de la route voisine.

Vacance à Dubaï

Il faut savoir où on met les pieds!!!! C est pas mal , hotel propre ,mais par contre un peut vieux il faut une bonne rénovation , quelques défauts quand même en photo ci joints ,par contre la qualité du service client à revoir complètement car a l accueil il y a du staff compétent et d autre pas MR Mina m’a pas donner toute les informations j ai du chercher moi même exemple pour les serviettes piscine le fonctionnement la voiture Wi if etc dommage puis on a frappé à ma porte à 09h00 du matin le jour de mon départ pour le ménage alors que j ai un Check out de prévu . Le petit déjeuné toujours la meme chose dîner aussi ça change pas beaucoup . Sinon chambre une suite avec mes enfants spacieuses . Par contre le petit déjeuné et dîner à Dubaï et est chère très chère à l extérieur donc à vous de voir .

L'hôtel est très bien, le restaurant aussi mais j'ai eu un supplément pour récupérer ma chambre avant 15h, aucun avantage VIP access
