Lovely staff members. Clean Good use of metro walking distance from hotel Had family members staying on different floors so was annoying that the key card would only work for your floor Shane the pool was shaded so not much sun Overall very good stay, would recommend

Staff are kind and very helpful. However,, Aminities do need renovation, Small things like room water kettle, shower heads are rusty which was unpleasant experience for me. Facility does not offer plastic bottled water and they offer refilled glass bottle. To me that is not preferable due to hygiene concerns and water source safety.
