Our beautiful villa apartment is located on the Palm Jumeirah with the most amazing views across the fronds and towards landmark buildings like the burj Al Arab. Located on the prestigious Palm Jumeirah, you are greeted by 24/7 security as you enter. The villa itself has a spacious sitting room complete with a smart TV that has satellite. There is also free WIFI so sprawl out on the sofa and check those emails or upload your pictures of the day to your favourite social media accounts.

The kitchen is fully stocked to make a meal Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine/dryer also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

The apartment sleeps 9 comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who gets which bed (please note its strictly 9 adults max at any one time):

The world famous Royal Atlantis is a short car journey away with restaurant offerings from Gordon Ramsay and more! When heading back down the palm the amazing Sushi Samba restaurant can be found in the St Regis hotel.

The nearest shops are in the Nakheel Mall which is located less than 10 minutes away by car. It has a cinema as well as top brands such as H&M, Waitrose, Fitness First gym and lots of restaurants.

Beach/pool access:
Once you open up your patio doors, you are greeted by your very own private swimming pool and direct beach access tot he sea.

The apartment is all yours, but we are only a message call away if you need us. You'll be in the safe hands of my team that will meet you at the property and show you around so you can benefit from all it has to offer.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.

* Please note the apartment is strictly 8 adults max. This is the decision of the building management and I must abide by this. Any additional adults will not be given access by the building management.

**The Palm Jumeirah villa community is a world class address, so given this security is very strict. You will not gain access without following our requests for information including passports copies. Please make sure to follow these to stop any risk from access.
