The building is amazing. Its architecture is very modern yet showcasing traditional and cultural heritage. Very arty decorative elements are constantly present. Human wise, the staff are very helpful and attentive to the customer satisfaction. My man of the month prize goes to Said in the pool area. Thank you Raheel and Vee Jay for being behind such great service. I definitely will revisit.

Nous avions été surclassés dans une W Suite à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire de mariage ainsi qu’une attention spéciale dans la chambre orchestré par Luis le manager de l’hôtel.
Service impeccable au petit déjeuner ainsi qu’à la piscine et en chambre.
Certainement un des meilleurs hôtels de Dubaï

Tout était parfait !
L’hôtel est magnifique les chambres sont magnifiques le cadre incroyable, le personnel est adorables, plein de petites attentions au quotidien, la nourriture est délicieuse, en bref il n y a rien a dire de négatif

the w hotel is well located on jumeirah palm with a nice view on both side.
the staff is very friendly with always the wish to make your stay great.
the breakfast is fantastic
rooms are clean but needs much more attention and furniture are not always first hand (not 5* except great bed and shower / but only one handwash in the bathroom when most of 5* has 2 - one for each) - electronic equipment are top
great fitness center
beautiful swimming pool
beach is ok but not fabulous
terrasse is well equiped
to be improved/clarified and just a question of taste:
- the hotel is huge so a lot of people for breakfast and around
- we took a « fabulous room with ocean view » but the view was not exactly the photo (large terrasse located below everyroom above with at the end a very far view of the ocean). they did everything to satisfy us as we asked for a real view (thanks jo) and after several visits of rooms we changed to have a greater room for the same category, however view depends on the category you book so be careful if view is one of the reason you book in this hotel, ask them.
- 25min from dubai downtown, car /taxi needed (but we knew before coming so it was our choice to go at this place)
- price too high per night in our opinion
overall a nice stay (4days), we would recommend for the nice staff there.
