Prévoir juste les déplacements en taxi car éloigné des mall.

Great quality with minor details to be improved
Publié le 1 févr. 2023 sur HotelsThe overall quality is excellent, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable , the pool and beach service is high quality, the beach is clean and swimming pools are warm and peaceful.
However, I had two disappointments related to the responsiveness of the staff at reception , I came to celebrate my birthday and the staff told me that they will provide me a complimentary birthday cake, but on the day nothing was delivered, when I followed up, there was no response. Also I asked three times to check the availability of rooms on a higher floor as my view was a bit obstructed , they asked me to wait each time and nobody got back to me. I had no time to follow up as I was busy with other matters. These small details should be improved to maintain high standards.
