Hôtel moderne et fonctionnel mais beaucoup d’imperfections mineures qui finalement donnent une image mitigée de l’établissement au niveau du service et des facilités dans la chambre. C’est regrettable ! Pas de mules, pas de sèche cheveux encore moins de peignoir, 4 demandes pour avoir du gel douche et finalement obtenir de la crème pour le corps ! Par là moindre information sur les offres de loisirs dans Deira ! Clientèle très diversifiée avec des groupes bruyants ……..

Bel établissement ; très propre; personnel très agréable ; qualité petit-déjeuner moyen ( qualité des produits); restaurant sans intérêt ; vue peu agréable ( travaux et pont va qui casse l’horizon), quartier un peu loin de tout mais très bonne note pour une entrée de métro «  Gold Souk » à 2 mns à pied.

Séjour Wyndham Novembre 2021

Très bel hôtel moderne et très bien entretenu. Chambre très spacieuse, très bien insonorisée. Possibilité de faire thé/café en chambre. Fer à repasser disponible. Personnel à l'écoute et disponible. Sinon, rien à redire. Très bon choix.

Nice but still figuring things out

The hotel is still getting used to being open although officially it has been open since december. The staff are friendly but make a lot of rookie mistakes. For example they would show up with room service and hand you the plates one by one, no trays and once they even forgot the cutlery The area all around the hotel is really new with all the shoos not open yet. So if you want to eat outside the hotel it is a taxi ride. The sooks they mention nearby are nice and we felt safe going there. The pool closes at 7, which is really weird since that is the best time to go for a swim in dubai! The pool bar is not manned consistently so you could be waiting literally for hours to het a drink
