Arrived on very hot afternoon and found room was like an oven. Virtually every other motel we have stayed at has had the air con on in rooms on these types of days. It took nearly 4 hours to get the room to a reasonable temperature. It would be nice if staff could put the air con on in rooms that directly face the sun during the day. Other stays at this motel have been great but not this time.

Spacious rooms but not cleaned well . Pool indoor and outdoor also needed a clean . 2 bedroom spa room - only aircon in the lounge . Fans very squeaky/ noisy and one even looked unsafe in bedrooms . No washing up equipment. Couch had dirt and item under it and in the cushions . Spider webs in kitchen and also a spider in the towels we got from reception for the pool. Beds hard . Good price and quiet area but lets itself down with Condition and cleanliness.

A little disappointed with our stay, we have been here a number of times and the property is tired and in need of refurbishing. Great facilities and Good price, but room didn’t cool down even with air con, as only fans in bedrooms. Restaurant wait for main meals was longer than expected, we should have just had room service. Overall we probably will see what else is available for 4 person family for future stops in Dubbo.

Had a great one night stay on the way through Dubbo. Front desk very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic!! Good selection of food and drink and the servers are super friendly. Highly recommend

Room was very dated. Booked queen deluxe room and was given a room that was for handicapped person. Also air conditioner chugged all night ( very noisy). Won’t stay there again.
