Room was tiny. No night table, no luggage rack, no closet, no bureau. No room to even open your luggage, except on the bed. Lighting is so ultra modern, one had difficulty finding the right setting. No fridge. No microwave. The hair dryer was in the bedroom. No house cleaning for two of four nights. Woken up one night by fire alarm. Complained twice about excessive noise in adjacent room. Lobby played host for three consecutive evenings to a bunch of street kidsl The staff were very pleasant. Generally, the hotel is clean and in a good location. The breakfast was plain but satisfying. I'm amazed the hotel received such a high rating. As the room was so tiny, one is obliged to sit in the lobby. No luck with requesting a cancellation and refund.

Very happy for the pruce and location

Booked last minute, and were baffled by how cheap it was for how central it was. Room was small but perfectly formed, staff were friendly. Bed was comfy but perhaps a mattress topper would have enhanced the comfort. We did ask for extra pillows which was no problem at all.

Great hotel but sketchy location!

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the city centre area wasn’t full of drug addicts, criminals and other weird characters. As a male, I don’t feel safe walking around during the dark!

Simple but techie!

A very pleasant surprise. Very neat and tidy place. Cute, modern room design and very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and the location was perfect for the city centre.

Loved this hotel, very clean and quiet and all the staff were friendly. Walkable to all locations. Breakfast was gorgeous buffet style with pastries, fruit, cereals, sausage rolls, yogurt plus drinks. Plenty of choice. Tea and coffee in room, hairdryer, safe and Dove toiletries.
