Très bel appartement bien situé avec hote très sympathique

D'ailleurs nous avons réservé une seule nuit, nous regrettons de ne pas être resté plus longtemps....

Si on prend le carré de propriété il est beau propre entretenu.
En revanvanche immeuble situé a l arriere du grande surface vi sur parking. Parking mis a disposition decharge et epave de voiture.
Chambre propre. 10 chaînes seulement. Design un peu démodé.
Point noir.. Literie on sent tous les ressorts du lit.
Et a refaire d urgence.
Il y deux portes communicantes avec les deux chambres de part et d autres de la notre.
On entend toutes les discissions. Reveil assurer par voisins.le soir jusqu à 3h du matin discussion musique des autres voisins comme si on y etait.
Et intimité 0. Chambre a proscrire si en couple. Une porte n isole pas.

Idéal pour visiter Dubrovnic
Publié le 8 mai 2018 sur HotelsVisite de Dubrovnic. L'arrêt de bus est à 2 pas de l'appartement. Il est desservi pas toutes les lignes. Stationnement à l'hôtel gratuit. L'accès est direct sur le port, à travers un porche. Appartement calme. La vue est moyenne

Villa Aura is a very quiet place and Tea is the perfect host - gave us lots of useful information of what to see in Dubrovnik, and the location was very good. Easy access to the harbour where the boats to the islands depart from, Lapad/Babin Kuk and a short bus trip to the Old Town.
Weather also ten out of ten!

Great apartment with terrific gardens and pool
Publié le 11 juin 2023 sur HotelsPerfect apartment for a few nights stay. The apartment was clean and the gardens and pool area wonderful. We had afternoon drinks and dinner in the gardens, morning coffee under the pergola. If you are doing an island hopping trip, the boat leaves from the end of your street.

Knock on the door before check out time to tell us to check out.
Asked if we would stay until 11am (1 hour after check out) and that was not ok. I mean there’s a common area… how is that a big deal. We were allowed to stay on the property until 10.10am
Otherwise it’s a good place, clean and all that! Facilities are good.

Let me start this review by saying that in 16 years of travelling this had been the first time ive been compelled to write one.
Ive been fortunate enough to travel widely, including the US, Asia and Europe and have just spent spent 8 years living and working in New Zealand and have stayed everywhere from - mostly - budget backpackers to - very occasionally - 5* hotels.
Adding in that ive worked nearky 20 years in customer serive and the hospitality industrues, I write this not to show off but to add context and hopefully point out that i feel like i have a pretty good understanding of what decent, basic hospitality should look and feel like.
On with the review -
The apartment itself was spacious, reasonsblbly clean with good amenities. The pool was great and needed in Dubrovnik in July, id say.
Then there is Nikša. He is the apartment manager. At first I thought he was just a bit "kooky".
He refused to provide more than 1 bath towel per person at a time.
He whatsapped me when one of us got damp footprints from the pool, 10 metres away, to our apartment - bare in mind its 30 degrees folks.
He wanted to charge me 75 kuna for apparently "destroying" one of the very precious towels for wiping spilt alcohol.
Only one set of keys supplied so be sure to stick like glue to your travel buddy
There was never more than one roll of toilet paper in the toilet so if you ran out.... i did point this out to Nikša but...
The house rules make you feel like a naughty school kid .
