Avis Villa Vikor with large private swimming pool and jacuzzi.....

Spotless property in a great location - owner available whenever required, and provided great local tips! Fabulous outdoor space.

We stayed at Villa Vikor for 5 nights while on vacation in Dubrovnik. The villa is amazing! You will have everything you need for a great vacation. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a small market and a high end butcher shop right next door. You are also a walking very short distance to the many of bars and restaurants and night life. The beach and marina are also 10 minutes walk from the Villa. If you going into the Old City you will need to drive or take a taxi/uber. The highlight of the Villa is the pool we spent most of our time there with a small kitchen and BBQ. The rooms are well sized and can accommodate 8 guest with ease. You will have privacy and plenty of common space with TV's and nice sofas to chill at. There are only 2 bathrooms so that can be an issue if you are many. You have secure parking for 2-3 vehicles and laundry room so you don't have to bring a lot of clothes simply wash them. During our stay we encountered a few minor issues and the property manager/owner Ivica Obradovic and his wife were immediately on top of things by fixing them. Plus they provided us with great recommendations of what to do, where to eat etc. I highly recommend this property and cant wait to return!. Enjoy your stay
