The dishes in the cupboards and couch was dirty, there was few blankets and they both smelled bad and the walls were not sound proof so could her everything.

Hausherrin war die ganze Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.

Poor communication and upkeep.
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsPoor communication had to knock on all doors waiting for an answer. Then message the host. Then waited for an answer.
There is no address on the door, there are no instructions on how to use the the shower so we showered in cold water because of a switch that needed to be on which the host didn’t tell me or write it. There were bugs in the room. The washing machine didn’t work. The host said we would only get towels if we stayed for more than three nights (we stayed 2 nights and needed to use the same dirty towels. The blankets smelled like they weren’t washed.

Dear guestI sent you clear instructions on how to find the apartment. you didn't read the message and that's why you couldn't find the apartment... the washing machine was working perfectly before your arrival, I don't know what happened.in order for you to have hot water, it is logical that the boiler should be on all the time. So far, we did’! had a situation where the guest does not know this. we apologize.Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. the bedding is also washed. we could have brought you new bedding if you had asked.We are sorry that you had a bad experience.We do everything we can to make our guest comfortable.
