Poor communication and upkeep.

There is no address on the door, there are no instructions on how to use the the shower so we showered in cold water because of a switch that needed to be on which the host didn’t tell me or write it. There were bugs in the room. The washing machine didn’t work. The host said we would only get towels if we stayed for more than three nights (we stayed 2 nights and needed to use the same dirty towels. The blankets smelled like they weren’t washed.

Dear guestI sent you clear instructions on how to find the apartment. you didn't read the message and that's why you couldn't find the apartment... the washing machine was working perfectly before your arrival, I don't know what happened.in order for you to have hot water, it is logical that the boiler should be on all the time. So far, we did’! had a situation where the guest does not know this. we apologize.Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. the bedding is also washed. we could have brought you new bedding if you had asked.We are sorry that you had a bad experience.We do everything we can to make our guest comfortable.

Walking distance to restaurants
They need more air conditioning and new pots and pans.

Need instructions for washing machine. Couldn’t use it for most of the stay. Air conditioner very noisy.

Best stay for us in Dubrovnik
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HotelsVery good location in Dubrovnik. Day trip to busy old town is easy to arrange while enjoying more quiet area of a town with walking distance to beaches. Host was nice and easy to reach. Apartment was clean and with good size. All fine here!

Beautiful, clean, spacious facility. Five minutes walk to the bus stop. 12-15 min walk to the beach.
