Avis Luxury Villa Rock with pool+Jacuzzi - near Dubrovnik

Villa Rock was stunning! Tamara, the property manager, couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and owner Sara was lovely and was also very helpful both before and during our stay, providing excellent information about the area and places to go, local amenities, restaurants, etc. The view from the villa was stunning and the photos were an accurate representation of the villa itself. The hot tub and pool were fantastic and were cleaned daily to ensure they stayed in perfect condition. The villa is located very close to the Bosnian border crossing and we found it straightforward to move between Bosnia and Croatia although there was a bit of a queue on two occasions.

The house is in such an outstanding location that it immediately captivates you with its view of the wide valley and the coast. The terrace is generously dimensioned, the infinity pool is a dream and you can feel the holiday feeling from the first moment. We were happily surprised with a snack in the fridge, with wine, bread and local ham, olives and cheese. You couldn't get a warmer welcome until after a short while Sara, the owner, greeted us personally and gave us a warm welcome. The equipment is lovingly, generously and tastefully furnished. The bathrooms are modern with very spacious showers and in super clean condition, one for each room. The kitchen has space for everything needed for cooking together with a large fridge and separate freezer. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, knives and everything you need to prepare food. The location is quiet, the small little shop within walking distance offers everything you need for relatively little money with friendly saleswomen and day-long opening hours. The only small downer that we could easily smile at is the border crossing between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. Here we cannot confirm Sara's impression, there would only be little waiting time. If you want to drive into Dubrovik or plan a visit to the beach, you should bring up this little patient, because to be guest, hosted in her resort is almost like paradise. Thank you Sara.
