The check in process was awful. We were checking into multiple rooms because our golf teams were staying there and check in took almost 45 minutes, with no waiting. We had to pay for each room individually and run the credit card through for each room. After 2 times the card failed because of possible fraud, so we had to call the credit card company to approve the transactions. We told the desk person this would happen but they did not allow all rooms to be applied to one credit card transaction. It was ridiculous.

Weird musty smell throughout. Not the cleanest place. Breakfast is served until 9:00 but was gone at 8:15 when we arrived. Staff was awesome, but communication was difficult as they all spoke broken English.

When stricken by a verified medical emergency hotel refused to refund or give a credit for rooms rented Don’t stay here !!! they are all about the money and dont care about the person

On the surface hotel appeared modern and clean but our room had a very strong ammonia pet urine odor that never went away.
