Handicap accessible lift chair for hot tub didnt work and battery wasnt charged when asked at front desk for it..they didnt or wouldnt go above and beyond to accommodate us in any way and they took $200 cash deposit when checking in and gave only $100 back.Should have called manager in right away knowing i told her we lived in Illinois and not a short trip and NEVER EVER HAVE I EVER HAD TO PAY BEFORE STAYING HAS ALWAYS BEEN AT CHECKOUT. NEVER AGAIN! LUCKY THEY GET ANY STARS! AMERICANS NEED TO RUN THESE HOTELS WHO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH!!

Slight error on booking resulted in us paying twice. There is no mechanism for a refund despite actually staying there. Poor customer service.

The check in process was awful. We were checking into multiple rooms because our golf teams were staying there and check in took almost 45 minutes, with no waiting. We had to pay for each room individually and run the credit card through for each room. After 2 times the card failed because of possible fraud, so we had to call the credit card company to approve the transactions. We told the desk person this would happen but they did not allow all rooms to be applied to one credit card transaction. It was ridiculous.

Everything was good but the pillows. They need new ones. If you can, bring your own pillows with.
