Elevator did not work. Poor breakfast. In need of an update

It was easy to find...clean. Just needs the elevator fixed and somw refurbishing

Elevator wasn’t working, tub drain was plugged, overall not very clean.

Pictures online are very misleading. Wasnt even sure if they were still in business when we arrived looked ran down and outdated. The room was clean and fine but the outside needed serious attention and the elevator was broke. So had to carry luggage up stairs

No funcionaba el ascensor y tuvimos que subir y bajar las maletas por la escalera. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba en condiciones. Lo dejamos encendido por la noche y el ruido era tan terrible que tuvimos que apagarlo porque no nos dejaba dormir... el calor que pasamos después tampoco nos dejó dormir. La piscina tenía el agua congelada. Desayuno aceptable. Lo único positivo el personal que fue amable en todo momento. Además, respecto al precio, de lo más caro que he pagado para este tipo de hoteles, y no lo merece en absoluto.
