The property is located in a diverse, urban area close to downtown, and while the street can be busy, previous guests have found the neighborhood welcoming.- We’re sorry about the doorbell incident. This is the first time we've encountered such an issue, and we understand it could have been unsettling. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighborhood are simply out of our control - We often stay at the property when in town, and our neighbors have been living here for quite a while, with some residing for up to 50 years. Both personally and based on the experiences of our previous guests, we have not encountered any safety issues or other concerns in this area We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
