The room had bugs all over. Furniture consisted of 1 lamp, 2 beds, a very small tv, 1 couch. Clock radio didnt even work. Bathroom was filthy. Tub drain was clogged. Just 2 bars of soap.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. The reason you use a hotel is to have a place to sleep while traveling. We booked a room with a double bed and a pull out bed. The pull out bed was not usable due to a flimsy mattress and the metal support under it. We asked the front desk for help and they said there was nothing they could do. There was no manager on duty or available via phone to help. We had to buy an air mattress for the second adult to sleep on.
