Not a great stay. There were many concerns starting with the staff. There was never anyone by the front desk and you always had to call for them.
The room left a lot to desire. The fridge handle was falling apart and sticky. The stove top was black from not being cleaned. The screens for the window has 2 ft long tears in them. The toilet paper holder was broken and the paper was just sitting on the counter.
Breakfast is not edible. The cereals were even stale. The hot breakfast would never pass a health inspection.
We left our 3 night reservation after 2 nights. Just grossed out. We tried to talk to someone but, no one was available. We sent in an email and received a notification that they will reply to us in a matter of days.
There are plenty of other hotels in Dubuque. Stay there.
