The Room was very niçe and clean quiet. Front desk person was not very helpful when I checked in but the one who was there in the am when i checked out was super friendly. Will be staying again!!!!

Dubuque stay.
Not in the best part of town and the outside of the hotel looked a bit rough. But inside the rooms were nice. Bathroom was clean and efficient. Bed was not the best and the pillows were lumpy. All in all it was fine.

Property was not well maintained. The room was dirty. It smelled bad. Obviously you get what you pay for so lesson learned. Upon addressing concerns however, staff was not very polite. Ended up booking a different hotel for the night.
