Noise
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsSheets on bed were ripped, only 1 hard chair in room but the worst was the traffic noise. Constant semi trucks going past, not so bad late at night but during the early morning and late afternoon it was constant.

I liked how clean the room was. I did not like that there was not a front desk at this location and it wasn’t noted on the hotel page. Felt unsafe due to drunken people fighting and throwing things next door. Piss ants in bathroom. And there was not enough places to sit.

We are so sorry you had a bad experience in our hotel due to unruly guests. We always have a person on-call to take care of any problem or need you might have. We encourage our guests to reach out with ANY problem or complaint and we will do our best to remedy the situation. This includes maintenance taking care of ants...we don't like 'em either! If you are ever in our area again and need to stay we also have King Suites in our Roosevelt hotel just 30 miles away that are a bit more spacious and have full size couches and another chair. We hope you'll give us another chance next time around.

Customer service was extent, they brought tv remote to my door win there wasn't one in the room
The room was clean and comferbule

Took 2 hrs to get in room, door lock would not work. They sent 3 emails all with the wrong code, then I got a bat and switch. Paid for a suite with kitchen , only got a basic with 2 beds. They had no other room. And would not even give me credit for the suite I paid for. TERRIBLE, AWFUL
